Year 3 – Doves & Swallows

Welcome to Year 3

Year 3 is an exciting year as our children make the move into Key Stage 2! It is a year full of new experiences, challenges and opportunities to develop independence and a love of learning.

We have two Year 3 classes:

• Swallows – taught by Mrs. Rickcord  and Mrs Kent (every other Monday)
• Doves – taught by Mr. White Monday–Thursday and Mrs. Collins on Fridays

Mr. Pauley and Mrs. Kent cover PPA time on Wednesday mornings. We are also very lucky to have our wonderful TAs, Mrs. Pacey, Mrs. Papala and Mrs. Dawson, supporting our children.

Throughout the year, we will explore a range of exciting topics, including Volcanoes, The Romans and Ancient Egypt, alongside our wider curriculum.

PE days: Wednesdays and Fridays.
